Little League Umpire Scheduler
Designed specifically Little League use, this scheduler allows you to make everything as simple as possible for everyone. You can choose one of two methods of user management:
- Basic: With this method, referees login using a common username/password combination. There are no profiles to manage, no email reminders, no game limits or restriction, no hassles. Simply login and request a game. Umpire staff knows everyone involved, and their abilities, and any conflicts are dealt with informally. This method is best for smaller leagues, and leagues not tracking umpire/team points.
- Advanced: This method requires umpires to register online and create a profile. Elements of their profile can be used to limit game access in a number of different ways: game level, assignment type, user type, maximum weekly limits. There's enough flexibility to cover most any league's requirements. And since the system knows exactly who's requesting what, reminder emails may be sent, and umpire/team points can be calculated automatically using a point allocation structure established by you. This is the most common method used by our customers.

We can also connect the Umpire Scheduler to our Team Standings module. This module uses the umpire schedule as a base, so your league's statistician (or Division Directors, or others) can easily enter game results into the database for immediate online posting in a fully searchable schedule and team standings display.
